1. Sabja Juice

Take a glass of water and add two spoons of sabja seeds and a teaspoon of dry jaggery powder and mix well. 

You can also add one teaspoon of honey and lemon juice to it. Sabja seeds not only help in reducing body heat but also help in weight loss and are rich in minerals such as Vitamin A, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and iron. 

Sabja seeds are also added in faluda, milkshakes, and ice cream and also used in the treatment of skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis.

2. Barley Water

Take 2 glasses of water in a pan, add barley powder, and boil it and mix it for a while. Now turn off the stove and let it cool. After cooling add half a cup yogurt and mix it well. Now add salt and mix again. Now finally add half a cup of water and mix again.

Barley is a great remedy for gastro, heat, and fatigue. It is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, especially calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, and copper. Barley helps in controlling blood cholesterol, sugars and has anti-inflammatory properties.
